4 This restaurant has been there tested through times since the early 80s as far as I can remember. It used to be the classy restaurant to go and despite many competitions it is still popular. Not much has changed in terms of it's looks and food choices. Price is reasonable...
5 We were too hungry after a long day journey. So we made a quick order of some 8 dishes and finished them all before remembering the photos. Most dishes were good. We were not filled after the 8 so we repeated a couple of them: The Penang Kew Teo and Dry shrimp stirred fried vegetable. They are ordinary dishes available in almost every Chinese restaurants in Malaysia. But this restaurant makes them tastefully good. Staff is friendly and tables spaciously and comfortably apart.
5 3days in Kk come here twice. Top reason is they have aircon! And their food is clean and delicious. We tried laksa. Siam rice noodles. Sour&spicy soup . Coconut water rice....every dish satisfied us! I would say it is a pleasure and enjoy to eat here.
4 Local food, price is fairly nice. Order small for famous Assam fish and fried Sotong. Assam fish is delicious if you can accept chilly food. Fried Sotong is not so nice as I have accepted, but the Sotong is fresh. Kindly suggest to try.
4 Nice Malaysian restaurant. We love Malaysian chicken curry the most. Ho fun is also good but laksa has little bid too strong flavour for us.
4 Nice Malaysian restaurant! Reasonable prices for the quality. Staff recommended black pepper mutton & fish head curry. I see… those are Must have!
5 A nice local spot of Malaysian food. The chicken Sambal hits the spot, mixed with the beansprouts side dish. To go with this, we had the Siam Me noodles. Make sure to add the red Sambal on the side. Very tasty and home cooking style food. There are larger tables for bigger groups. The iced coffee is also very good, nice and strong.
5 Our tour guide brought us here. We're a group of six and we ordered dinner. The salted egg squid and asam pedas is to die for. We didn't even remember to snap pics before eating.
Many diners enjoy the Assam fish and Malaysian chicken curry, along with local favorites like Penang Kew Teo and laksa.
It’s suitable for both quick bites and relaxed sit-down meals, thanks to its cozy casual setting and table service.
Reservations are recommended for brunch, lunch, and dinner to secure a table during busy times.
The restaurant welcomes both groups and solo diners, making it flexible for various dining occasions.
Yes, they accept credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments for convenience.
The seating area is not wheelchair accessible, so that might be a consideration for some guests.
